Yash Trivedi

Yash founded YOUAE Mortgages to bring genuine clarity and trust to home financing in the UAE. With more than 15 years across wealth management and the mortgage industry — including senior roles at leading banks such as HSBC and Mashreq — he pairs a deep understanding of UAE lending criteria with a straightforward, client-first approach.

His earlier career spans HDFC Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Serco, giving him a rare, all-round view of both the banking and advisory sides of the market. That perspective is what lets the team place cases other brokers can't, and secure the sharpest fit for each client.

Under Yash's leadership, YOUAE has become one of the most reviewed mortgage brokers in Dubai and launched Mr Mortgage — the UAE's first mortgage AI avatar — reflecting his focus on making the mortgage journey simpler and more transparent for every buyer.

Sunil Amar Tekchandani

Sunil leads YOUAE Mortgages as Managing Director and Partner, shaping the firm's growth and the service standards its clients rely on.

He believes a home loan is a deeply emotional decision built on trust — which is why he champions YOUAE's hand-held, end-to-end model: guiding every client through the product choices, the numbers and the paperwork, all the way to their keys.

A recognised voice in the UAE market, Sunil regularly comments on developments such as Dubai's first-time buyer initiatives, and is focused on keeping YOUAE's advice practical, honest and firmly on the client's side.

Ashita Dhakan

Ashita brings deep, bank-side mortgage expertise to YOUAE's clients, with a career built inside the very institutions the team works with every day.

Her experience spans mortgage and channel roles at RAKBANK, along with earlier positions at Standard Chartered, HDFC Bank and FAB Properties — covering mortgage origination, client advisory and financial assessment across the UAE market.

That inside knowledge of how lenders assess and approve applications helps YOUAE match each client to the right bank and structure cases for the best possible outcome.
